At the job placement company AB-Farm, it has now been 25 years since the first agricultural trainees from the Estonia and Latvia were placed on placements with Danish farmers. In the past 20 years, the vast majority of foreign interns for Danish agriculture have been Ukrainian agricultural interns. The collaboration with the AU partners for the recruitment of agricultural trainees in Ukraine can proudly celebrate its 20th anniversary.
